Marisa Carrara Clean Living is all in one how to live a clean, healthy, happy, resilient life. You will be provided an ebook with guidance, tips, and practical insight on what we can add into our daily routines. These tools may provide relief of pain, chronic disease, and building healthy vibrant bodies and minds. This premium also will be offered 2 either live or recorded classes per week. Movement critical to maintain health. These movement classes are yoga based but is not a yoga class. We will be working on a series of stretches to open up the tightest parts of our bodies: Back, Chest, Shoulders, hips, and hamstrings. These classes will be between 30-60 minutes and recommended at least 4X per week. When you sign up I will send you all the on boarding information and equipment you will need for the classes!!
